The next step to oppression: Create a weak resistance
By Matthew Llewellyn, Founder
America's Conservative Movement
Those power hungry people hiding in front of media cameras and the D.C. spot light are preparing their next step in the removal of the Constitution and the full oppression of the American people under their desired iron fist.
President Obama and the hate filled Jeff Holder have state that they desire to bring back the assault weapons ban which Bush wisely allowed to expire in 2004.
Let's keep this column simple... Why? And what do they want to ban?
Let's handle the second question first.
They want to ban citizens from owning all types of assault rifles and all high capacity magazines. In addition to prohibiting the sale, they will prohibit the ownership at all, even if you already own it. There will be no grandfather clause. If they succeed, you will have to surrender at your own will, your assault rifles and high capacity magazines before the law would take effect. If you do not, the moment it becomes law you will become an overnight felon, subject to having your door kicked down, your home invaded by Gestapo like police and yours guns forcefully taken. You will then be hauled off to jail.
Now the first and important question... Why?
This is an easy answer, a scary one, but easy. Those people who are dreaming of ruling over you with an iron fist do not want you to be better armed than the government is. The founding fathers warned us about this many times. Noah Webster said;
"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe." (PAY ATTENTION HERE~~>) "The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops."
Before these Hitler wanna-be's can fully implement their plans, they know they have to disarm the people, or at the least, make sure they are not equipped as well or superior to the governments forces. So long as they do this, they know the resistance they meet will be easily overpowered, allowing easy conquering of the people.
Just as you can learn from the wisdom of the founding fathers, the socialist in Washington can learn from them too. They are paying attention to exactly what the framers warned us about and they are doing exactly that. Why? Because the men who formed this nation were not fools, they knew what it would take to make a free nation, and they knew what it would take to conquer that nation. They made sure we were aware of both sides of the knowledge. Truly, it is up to us where we allow that knowledge to take us.
I bid you good day.

Silence by the libs...
Silence by the libs
By Matthew Llewellyn, Founder
America's Conservative Movement
Why would one person want to silence another person? There are a number of reasons. Parents want to silence crying babies. Teachers want to silence disruptive students. Employers want to silence obnoxious employees. And... for the purpose of this article, Liberals want to silence anyone who doesn't agree with them, namely, Conservatives and Libertarians. The question of the day is; Why?
If you stay current with the happenings and what-nots of Washington you have heard of the fairness doctrine. If not, I'll explain it. (If you are familiar, save yourself 30 seconds and skip the following paragraph.)
Liberals want to enact what they call the fairness doctrine in order to bring what they call fairness to radio and television. Why? Because liberals can not make it in talk radio. They have tried to do it unsuccessfully many times. With the exception of 3 bigger guys, such as Don Imus (who was wrongfully attacked for his free speech... that's right.. I'm defending the democrat), liberals can't make it in talk radio. Why? Because they're idiots, they're not entertaining, they're very dry and they have no valid points to make. The programmers cancel the show due to low ratings because advertisers won't pay to promote their products on poorly rated shows. So, to fix this, the liberals call it unfair and as we know, everything has to be fair with the liberals, so they wrote the fairness doctrine. Radio channels will have to match minute for minute programming... period. If a conservative is on for 43 minutes of airtime in an hour, then they will be required by law to give a liberal 43 minutes of airtime... at their financial loss of course.
Well the fairness doctrine isn't grabbing a lot of power thanks to Conservatives who will not budge. So, the liberals are going a little farther, they are looking to censor talk radio. How? They claim that the airways are owned by the public, and the government controls the public and must regulate the content of it to assure appropriate programming. (Their words, not mine.)
They are trying to get it to the point where Conservatives will not be able to give their opinions anymore. They will be required to objectively report the news, and only the news. (Because we all know how nonobjective liberal media is.)
Will their plans pass? At some point down the road... quite possibly so.
Why? ... Liberal citizens ... which will bring me to the real purpose behind this article.
I come across liberals all day long, every single day. I cross paths with them online though email, forums and live-debate rooms. I cross paths with them on the streets, at meetings, at work, in all kinds of places. What have I learned (as I am sure you have as well)? Liberals do not debate... period.
Anytime I try to openly debate with a liberal they do something to silence me. If I have posted on Craigslist (a public forum), they flag my posting causing its removal. If I am in a chat they click "inappropriate language" which automatically boots you from the chat. If I email them responding to their articles/post, they email me back not debating, but with hate mail. If in public, they find some way to insult me, call me a racist, bigot, sexist, whatever they can, and then tell me how "this is a free country I don't HAVE to debate with you."
Let me give you some examples real fast... the following are emails I have received in the past week...
I sent "Why do you believe Obama's health care plan will benefit the nation as a whole?"
Liberal replied:
Oh, hi. I was wondering if I would get any emails from fat paramedics this evening. Must be my lucky night!Put down the burgers bro. You're not gonna last much longer.
I sent "Can you explain to me why you voted for Obama, and who is the current Vice-President and Speaker of the House?"
Liberal replied:
"STFU and stop trying to brainwash me with your parties bull sh*t propaganda."
I sent "I read your post. Can you explain the reason you believe guns should be banned?"
Liberal replied:
"You are obsolete. Die off already so we can evolve socially."
I sent "Did you vote for Obama because he is milano, or because you support his issues? If for his issues, can you please explain his plan for reducing the federal deficit?"
Liberal replied:
"F*ck you f*cking coward racist capitalist pig! Take your racism back to your house and die a cowards death f*cker!"
I posted an article on the ACM myspace page, and I received a reply from a liberal reader.
Liberal reply:
"You're an idiot. all you had to do was be alive back then to know those facts but I'm sure you choose to ignore them. I hope you haven't been breeding although I'm sure you have an abundance of blank canvasses that you really can't pay for thus handing down your legacy of idiocy and finger-pointing.President Obama may respect your right to exist but I don't have toPlease "..." Explode."
("..." = I've censored out really bad parts in the last one.)
There are hundreds more but I don't feel like going through and editing them as they are highly profane and it would take quite a while to do so. I think I've made my point with the five I have shared with you.
Interesting note... Liberals call us close-minded, etc... yet they are the ones who refuse to listen to both sides and openly discuss the issues... which is all I am trying to do with them. I want to listen to their side, discuss the issues, prove with logic, education, history and fact why they are mislead and therefore wrong, and bring them over to the right side... Oh well.
So what causes these hate filled responses? What drives liberals to such extremes in attempts to silence conservatives and libertarians? Why do they refuse to debate us?
Because deep down, they know we're right folks... and they know there is no way they can possibly win in an educated open debate. That's why.
Folks... liberal citizens and liberal legislators want to silence us because they know, without any doubt, if there is open, honest, educated debate, that's it for them. Their games will be over, their lies will be exposed, and that's it. Game over... they lose... and they know it.
Folks... this is exactly why the framers of freedom wrote the 1st Amendment. They wanted to assure the government would never have the power to silence the citizens. Why? Because when government has that power, it's game over for the citizens.
We have given them that power my friends. The government has a lot of control over what we say and what we do. In fact, if you speak out strongly against government, you very well can be charged with a crime and thrown in jail.
Because we have sat by and allowed our freedom of speech to be taken away, liberal citizens now support and believe the government has the right to regulate what we say. That is a serious issue and a very dangerous problem. And folks... they're trying to do it. It is in the works and already being discussed in the Obama administration... this isn't a "they might try" it's a "they're trying."
We're headed to socialism/fascism folks... quite possibly communism. I keep warning you and I know some of you heed this, but a lot of you, while supporting our cause to take back our liberties, you still sit idly by, ignorant to the people in Washington who clearly are working towards abolishing the Constitution and creating an iron fist government.
I warn you again... it IS coming. I promise you it's only a number of years away before they are going to make their move.
They are trying to silence us and keep our opinions against government quiet. Why? So we don't motivate the masses to resist. They are trying to force us to register the location of our guns and keep current our current level of ammunition and where it is kept. Why? So they know exactly which doors to knock on and which ones to kick down. They're trying to take away assault rifles, high capacity magazines and armor piercing bullets. Why? So they are better equipped than we are.
My friends... there's only one reason for all of this and if you can't see it by now... may God have mercy on you when they make their move... for you will be unprepared and sitting like that of an injured sheep in the herd when the lion comes.
I bid you good day.

Cowards, Racism or Culture?
Cowards, Racism or Culture?
By Matthew Llewellyn, Founder
America's Conservative Movement
I'm speaking to all of you "cowards" today. Although I don't know which of you are, I know some of you are. Well, at least you are by the standards of Eric Holder, America's first black Attorney General. It would seem it is his general opinion that if you don't hang out with people of another race when you are outside of your work place, then you, sir or ma'am, are a coward.
As you all know I read many, many papers on a daily basis and this particular story I found on the Kansas City Star website. It would seem that the papers are only covering those stories which show how evil and racist America is. Just hypothetically, if the Honorable George Bush would have sent 17,000 more troops to Afghanistan and another 5,000 or so to Iraq, the news would have crucified him. However, realistically, when President Obama did this last week, you never heard a single word about it outside of conservative media.
Folks, don't get me wrong. It's not that I'm opposed to presbo doing it, in fact I support him doing it. It's that if Bush would have done this, because they were playing the anti-war card solely to make him look bad, they would have put up a picture of lucifer, a tombstone and some shots of dead kids in the sandbox. What's the truth? The media doesn't care about the war, or anything for that matter. They only care about progressing the liberal, leftist, socialist agenda and for whatever reason, making America look bad.
I'm getting off topic, let's return to our racist first black attorney general Eric Folder.
It would seem good ole' Eric believes America has come a long way in diversifying the work place, but the country as a whole is only pretending to be a melting pot of diversity. He said he has great concern for the racial activities of Americans outside of their work, such as when they go to lunch, when they go on break, and when they are not at work. Eric believes the government has come a long way (>>not the people, the government<<) in assuring diversity in the work place, but Americans as a whole still self-segregate themselves outside of work... and that is just being a coward.
Let me quote the black attorney general Eric Holder, "Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and I believe continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards...".
Why? Because white people don't hang out with black people outside of work. Likewise, because all races, for the most part, don't hang out with each other outside of work. That makes us cowards. Black Eric Holder (I don't want him to accuse me of being afraid to talk about race/color) says that's because we're cowards and we are scared of racial issues.
Folks... this is ridiculous... why? Because this has nothing to do with race whatsoever. The only thing the demoncrats are trying to accomplish here is making America look evil and racist. If you will notice, it's the democrats who are always focusing on race, not the republicans.
Point and case...
I follow the "Tulsa: Rants & Raves: section on Craigslist. Sometimes it's very entertaining, often, it's a bunch of very hateful, angry people. However, there is often great insight to be found in people's political and economic ignorance. About 2 weeks ago a gentleman who refers to himself as "downtown" made a post directed towards republicans (because all republicans are racist and hate blacks.) His exact post was this, "HA! How do you racist f*cking pigs like that! Now you got a brother as the chairman of your precious little republican national convention. HA HA HA LOL! I bet you republicans are madder than hell. First a black president you can't stand, now you have to listen to a black man in charge of your convention. I bet you're so angry you can't see straight. Get used to it red states, diversity is here and your racist ways are becoming a thing of the past!"
WOW... again... it is the DEMOCRATS who are racist folks, NOT republicans. Obviously beyond the extent of that democrats very limited education, we republicans as a whole decide who gets to sit in the Chairman's seat. It's not a seat appointed by affirmative rights committees, it's a seat assigned, for the greatest majority, by a bunch of white guys. And guess what? We put a black man in there because we believed him the best for the position. He didn't get it because he was black, he didn't get it because we were trying to meet some quota, he got it because he earned his way towards it.
Folks... it's not the republicans who are racist... again... and I know I'm beating a dead horse here... It's the democrats who are racist. They try to act like they aren't. They pretend to be the party of diversity, but the simple fact is they are not. What are they? The party of lower education. Democrats are some of the most hateful, spiteful people you will ever meet in your life. Their constant goal is to force their beliefs on other people and make everyone around them look bad.
Another point and case: (you folks should really watch southpark)
Kyle's dad: You see son, we live in a liberal democrat society where liberal lawyers get into office and decide what is okay to say and what isn't okay to say, then they make it the law.
Kyle: Isn't that called fascism?
Kyle's dad: No, because we don't call it that, we call it democracy.
Amen and Amen to the writer's of Southpark folks...
Is that show highly offensive to 80% of the population? Yes it is. Do I care? No... in fact, I say God bless America for it. I thank God Southpark is still on the air offending people.
Moving on...
The democrats are trying to control our private lives again. They don't have as much power and control as they like, so they are turning to race. The race card is a very effective card in politics. It's like having an ace in your sleeve; unless you get called out, you're probably going to win when you play it.
You have to ask yourself. How are democrats going to solve this so-called racial coward problem? Will they pass a law saying all lunch breaks have to be racially equal by assuring at least one "minority" in every car? Or perhaps all bars, clubs, social meeting places will require a percentage. Are they going to assign a "race marshall" to oversee this who travels around with the fire marshall? He goes in and takes a count and if the percentage of blacks to whites is off then so many whites or blacks have to leave? This is crazy folks! This is something they can't control... BUT... they're trying to.
Folks... who we hang out with outside of work has absolutely nothing to do with racism. While it does somewhat revolve around race, it more so revolves around culture. America, despite the racist beliefs of black attorney general Eric Holder, IS the ethnic melting pot he and the other racist democrats want you to believe it isn't.
So why are black people and white people not hanging out? To answer that question first answer this one, it's a little more simple. In the lunch room at your local high school, why are white preps not hanging out with white stoners? ... Spell it with me.. C-U-L-T-U-R-E.
Folks... what makes us truly an ethnic melting pot, or, a country blessed in diversity? It's our hundreds and hundreds of unique cultures and life styles. Look at high school alone folks. Of course there are many more cultures and life styles in today's high school, but look at your own. When I was in middle school we had the goths, preps, stoners, jocs, gangstas and the outcast (I was an outcast... the ones that just don't seem to fit in with anyone... I'm still in that group by the way.)
In the classroom, everyone was together. Why? Because we are a nation where, when working and learning, we come together. While we don't hang out in our personal lives, we do come together to move our society forward and get things done. And that folks is the beauty of diversity.
Being ethnically diverse doesn't mean you're a coward if you don't hang out with each other after work, in fact, it's quite the contrary. Look at how great our nation is because of it!
Folks... adults have their own life styles and cultures that they choose to be a part of as well. For the most part, blacks are into rap music and the culture that comes with that lifestyle. For the most part, browns (mexicans) are into spanish speaking music and that culture from their country of origin. For the most part, whites just can't seem to pick a culture but we still have a ton of them that we tend to lean towards. Such as the country lifestyle, the rocker/heavy metal life style or just the average joe life style.
Regardless of what culture we as Americans become a part of, we would be rather out of place hanging out in someone else's culture.
Cultures are formed over time, not over night. People gravitate towards people who are similar in culture? Why? Because they tend to get along better with those people. They have a better time and a more relaxing time.
I guess black attorney general Jeff Holder is right in reality... we do segregate our private lives. BUT! We don't segregate by race, we segregate by culture. And let me say, there are plenty of white people hanging out with black people after work, and vice versa. And white people, please, please, please, look in the mirror. Black people into the rap lifestyle seem to be able to pull off the sagging pants/sideways hat look... you just look like an idiot doing it.
So where's the beauty? Right here... Although we segregate into hundreds of cultures in our private lives, when it comes down to getting things done, we all come together and get to work. Look at the hundreds of cultures of those in our military (see youtube videos and start searching for soldiers videos from Iraq.) Our military segregates into their various cultures during down time, then they come together to get the job done. I see this in my own career as well folks. It's everywhere we look and in everything we do.
I must absolutely disagree with black attorney general Eric Holder and say it is not us segregating American's who are the cowards... no...it is Eric Holder and his fellow democrats who are the cowards. It is they who are the racist and it is them that are trying to take a nation and stir up more racial anger and hate. You have to step back and ask yourself why they are trying to fuel the racial fires that are still burning? We know there is racism in this country, but it's not what it was 50 years ago. Why are black democrats like Eric Holder trying to fuel those fires? Why do they want to stir up anger and hate among the masses? Is it for votes? Is it for popularity? Or is it something much more sinister?
When you find that answer you will understand why I am do adoment about stopping the democrats before it is too late.
I bid you good day.

Is it time for gun control?
Is it time for gun control?
By Matthew Llewellyn, Founder

My personal blog
Folks, I'm beginning to wonder if it's time for a little gun control as a desperate attempt to stop these senseless gun related deaths.
Just this last week here in Tulsa, OK a 6 year old boy with down syndrome accidentally shot and killed himself with a .22 caliber revolver. Before I move forward I want to say, I am sorry for this families loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Moving on.
Further into the investigations surrounding the events Tulsa Police have discovered that the gun was stolen during a home burglary the preceding Monday.
Folks... I hate to say this... but gun control might have stopped this senseless death.
But... before I really and truly say that, let's examine something else for a moment. Let's see if there is possibly anything else going on in the world right now, where gun control is already present, that would support gun control as a way to end senseless deaths.
Well, lookie here... there is. In Belgium today, where guns are strictly prohibited and under no circumstances can a citizen have one, a man armed with a knife walked into a day care and stabbed 13 people, killing 3, 2 of them being small children.
But how can this be? I don't understand. This just doesn't make sense. In Belgium there are no gun rights therefore there should be no crime and no murders, accidental deaths, etc. But here it is, bright as day. I'm reading it right now. "Knife attack kills 3 at nursery"
I think I know what is needed here folks.
We need some knife control in Belgium, and probably here in America too. I mean my God... I just started thinking about this and I am honestly terrified. Think about this for a minute.
Right now... at this very moment... whether it's a dollar store, a walmart or an expensive home decor outlet, millions and millions of deadly knives are for sale for less than $10.00. What's more, anyone can buy them! It doesn't matter if you are 8 or 80, if you have the couple dollars to fork over to a careless cashier at the local grocery store, you've got yourself an instrument of destruction and death.
Think for a minute how many people you know who have been accidentally injured by knives. I am willing to bet you have injured yourself at least 3 or more times in the past 10 years while carelessly using this device of death.
I just thought about this... right now, there are knives in every single government indoctrination center (public school) in the country! Jesus Christ! How absolutely irresponsible are we!? We have placed deadly weapons into the hands of children without ever giving it a second though. My God! Perhaps we are the ones who belong in prison.
Obviously, with knives so readily available, it's only a matter of time before you or a family member accidentally injure or kill yourself. Not to mention; What's going to happen when one of these manic depressive students abused by the system realizes they have the power to use this knife which just so happens to be handed to him by the local lunch lady?... People are going to die. That's something to think about. Think about that head line "Tax payer negligence leads to lunch room murder."
We have to stop the sale, distribution and ownership of knives world wide and we have to do it now folks!
We need "no tolerance knife control." Perhaps we need a knife buy-back program, or perhaps instead of car washes this year we get the Hooter's girls involved with a new "spanks for shanks" program.
I don't know what for sure, but we've got to do something. In Belgium, completely removing guns from the picture didn't stop anything.
Okay... now that I'm done pretending I'm a liberal let me be the brilliant and true conservative that I am.
We have gun control in America. It has never stopped a single gun related death. Legal gun owners do not kill people without cause, it just doesn't happen. If a law abiding citizen discharges their firearm you can be assured it was in defense of life, be it their life or another.
Belgium, and other places with no tolerance gun control still have gun related violence. How is that possible? Because criminals don't respect or follow the law. They are going to get a gun one way or the other, no matter where in the world they happen to be. What's the difference in America? The criminals stand a little less chance of survival since the citizens have the ability to protect themselves.
Do you think knife control would have stopped this lunatic from walking into that nursery and killing people? Of course not. That is as absurd as saying gun control would stop someone from walking in there with a gun. Let's imagine, for just a moment, that he couldn't get a knife. What would he use then? A baseball bat, barbell, 2x4 or a chainsaw? Or maybe he would go Hollywood and use a really sharp and sinister looking axe?
Folks... any type of weapon control is never going to stop violence, or murder. I am the first to say, if gun control would truly stop all murder and violence, I would turn over my guns in a heart beat. But it won't folks. Criminals don't obey those laws and they never will. That is one of the reasons the 2nd Amendment was put into place. Our founding fathers, among other things, wanted to assure our ability to protect our lives and property against any and all threats.
As it stands now, in America, law abiding citizens still, if they decide to, have the upper hand over criminals. You can purchase a firearm, obtain a concealed weapons permit and carry your firearm with you just about anywhere you go. You can also, without needing a license, purchase a firearm and keep it in your home to protect yourself, family and property. Will I ever have to kill someone? Probably not, and I pray not. Will most legal gun owners ever have to kill someone? Odds are very much against it ever happening, and I assure you they also pray they will never have the need to do so.
But... so long as a threat exist, we make sure we are ready to respond to that threat with whatever force is necessary. This may come as a surprise to you, but I am not anticipating nor do I expect my home to ever catch on fire. It could happen, but, statistically, it's very unlikely I would wind up in that smaller statistic. Regardless, I still keep a fire extinguisher in my home... and it, like my gun, is also loaded and ready to go.
As you know, President Obama, who swore to uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution, has already said he intends to establish no tolerance gun control laws within his term. Even though doing so is, by definition, a tyrannical act against the people by it's government.
I leave you with a quote from one of our founding fathers, the Honorable Thomas Jefferson; "The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."
I bid you good day.

Understanding Oil & Gas Economics
Kaiser Proposes Legislation; Bad News For Taxpayers
By Matthew Llewellyn, Founder
USA Conservative Movement
My personal blog
Before we even begin this story I want to explain some very simplified economics.
Imagine you own a small business. As an employer, you have overheard costs. You have to pay your rent, utilities, employees and of course for your merchandise. As time goes on you learn how to balance everything out so that you make a profit, or at the very least break even.
Let's imagine that as part of an incentive to get you to continue selling widgets, you are offered a tax break at the end of each quarter/fiscal year for each widget you buy. So what do you do? You buy some more widgets. It's a popular item, it's just expensive which is why you considered discontinuing it.
You get used to the price of it with the tax incentives offered and you balance everything out so your numbers break even and you are not in debt. Then the tax incentive disappears. Your company has become known for these widgets and you can't just stop selling them. If you did, your company would close. So what do you do? This is going to cost more money out of your pocket now. Something has to be done. But what?
Do you pass the costs along to your customer (the consumer)?
Do you pass it along to your employees by cutting benefits and freezing salaries?
Do you pass it along to the economy by starting a hiring freeze?
Do you pass it on to the employees by laying some of them off?
What do you do?
The truthful answer is this... you do all of them. When you run a business you can't play it small and hope for effective results. When you are faced with potential losses you act swiftly and largely to effect the most positive results.
The consumer will now pay more for the product. Some employees will lose their jobs, sending them to the unemployment line. Some will not be able to get jobs where they were once available, thus keeping them in the unemployment line. Employees will lose benefits, and possibly suffer from salary cuts, sending them to the government assistance lines.
Just to think... all that occurs from a little tax incentive being taken away. Now... let's multiply this into the billions.
If you live in Oklahoma you know who George Kaiser is. He is a philanthropist and a very successful entrepreneur. He is the chairman of BOK Financial Corporation and the controlling share-holder of Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, which is based in Tulsa, OK.
Mr. Kaiser has met with law makers, and, out of the kindness of his heart, having only the best interests of the tax payers in mind, has proposed a tax incentive currently in place for oil companies not be renewed.
Kaiser told the Oklahoma State House Appropriations & Budget Committee that the tax-payer is in much more need of a tax break than the oil & gas industry. Wow! What a man he is folks. Knowing this will effect his own oil company, this man, out of the kindness of his heart, and out of his concern for the tax-payers, wants to eliminate the oil and gas tax incentives. What a saint folks... or wait... is he?
Let's explain the "logic" of how this is supposed to work. More money is needed here and there and there and there, etc. Someone has to pay for it. With everything in place as it stands, the tax-payers may end up paying a few more dollars to cover everything. But, if the tax incentives are removed from oil & gas companies then the State can take the money from them and thus, rescue the tax payer. Kaiser & the sitting democrats will look like heroes folks. Just a thought here... who wants to bet that Kaiser will be making an announcement for office in the near future?
In the 2007 fiscal year, according to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the rebates (which is the form of these incentives) totaled about $27 million dollars.
It seems like the modern day democrat/liberal mumbo jumbo doesn't it? Give the little guy a break and make those big, greedy oil companies pay their share. It's rather noble really. Robin Hood; Steal from the rich, give to the poor.
Folks... you can not trust democrats/liberals. There is always another card up their sleeve and as soon as they get you to look away, they'll play it.
Remember your course in economics from above? Good. Let's see what's really going to happen.
Bob Sullivan, of Sullivan and Co., has already expressed his concern about losing the incentive. He said it played a huge role in his company. Although Sullivan never used the incentive to make his decision for drilling (such as horizontal drilling, which is part of the incentive), he did use it to pay salaries or to pay for the drilling itself. (Are you still remembering the economics lesson? Good.)
So let's say the democrats get their way and this incentive goes away. What are these oil and gas companies going to do? Just like small business, they are going to have to make some changes. The executives will be faced with the same questions a small business would be. Do we raise prices? Do we lay off employees? Cut salaries? Freeze salaries? Get rid of benefits?
Guess what folks, in order to keep the business alive, they'll do whatever it's going to take. So what does that mean to you, the consumer... the tax payer who is supposed to be helped by this?
First and foremost, gas prices are going back up folks. When you take money away from another place, you have to get it from another. The company will pass the price onto us first folks. Contrary to what you may believe, they don't want to raise prices. The more it cost the less you buy, the less it cost, the more you buy. Nevertheless, they will increase the gas price. That's more money coming out of your pocket. (Wasn't this supposed to put more money in your pocket?)
As gas prices go up you will purchase less, and the oil and gas companies know this, and they will react to it before it even happens. Why? They know it's coming, they'll be prepared. As Bob Sullivan noted, they used money for among other things, paying employees. No more money = no more employees. Where does that send them? Unemployment line folks. Where else? Welfare line. Who pays for the welfare lines? We do. Where does the money come from? Our taxes. What happens when more people apply but only so much money is available? Democrats rush to the rescue. Legislation is rapidly pushed through to provide the money and guess what, you'll pay more taxes. Where do those come from? Right out of your pocket. (Wasn't this supposed to put more money in your pocket?)
If they think it will be necessary, they'll cut benefits. What does that mean? More visits to the emergency room. Why? No insurance. Everyone knows if you can't afford a doctor you go to the emergency room where you won't have to pay. Guess whose taxes are going to pay for that in the long run. That's right, and those are coming out of your pocket too. (Wasn't this supposed to put more money in your pocket?)
Don't forget now, this isn't just one company being hurt by this. Every single oil and gas company in this state will be doing the same things. Laying off employees, ordering hiring freezes, cutting salaries, getting rid of benefits, and let's not forget, raises their prices.
Incidentally... if you look at the really big picture, it gets even worse. Oil for your car goes up as well. What does that mean? Local ma' 'n' pa' oil changing businesses are going to pass that cost along to you. When they get to the point they can no longer afford to compete with bigger companies this will entirely put them out of business. Say good bye to a lot of small businesses, and a whole lot of jobs. I wonder where those people will all end up. Unemployment and welfare line perhaps? Sadly, the economy is already headed towards hiring freezes so don't expect these workers to be getting jobs anytime soon.
Who do you think is going to have to support all these employees who can't find work? That's right... the democrats will rush in, raise taxes, and you, again, will pay the price. (Wasn't this supposed to put more money in your pocket?)
When you look at this stuff folks you have to sit back and really take in the BIG picture. It's like the old saying, "if you kill a butterfly in the past it will dramatically change the entire future." When you play with taxes in the present, it will dramatically change the future. Once something is in motion changes WILL occur.
Of course this is the time of change. President Obama has promised change and keeping in line with it democrats around the country are following suit. Personally, I want to send an email telling them the same thing I do a Sonic car-hop, "keep the change."
Write your State Representatives and tell them you don't want this. Let your voice be heard folks. The only way to stop it is by doing something. If you say nothing, those are the results you will get every single time.
I bid you good day.

Home School: My letter to Senator Adelson, OK Senate District 33
As you folks can imagine, I try to keep myself in close contact with my Senators and Representatives. Recently, I discovered two Senate Bills which, if passed, would violate the privacy of home schooling parents/children. Both bills are borderline in violation of The U.S. Constitution, article IV section IV and the IV Amendment. The following is my letter to State Senator Tom Adelson, (D) Dist. 33, Oklahoma.
If you live in Oklahoma, and in district 33, and want to stop these bills, contact Senator Aderson. If you are in Oklahoma but unsure of your district, go here and find out who you need to contact.
Senator Adelson,
I am writing you today concerning S.B. 472 & 308. As I am sure you are aware, these bills violate the very principles brought forth by the founders of our Republic. Government schools themselves violate these same principles, but that is an issue for another time.
I am highly concerned that law-makers are seriously considering a bill... correction... bills, which would violate the sanctity of individualism & individual liberty, and thus, freedom. The very land we live on we do so at the high price of a soldier's blood. I find it sad that law-makers would want to work against the very liberty that blood was shed for.
The right of a parent to decide their child's future, and how it shall be handled is not only a God given responsibility, but it is a natural right of man. When we framed this great Republic (let's call it what it is, it's a republic, not a democracy, although it's becoming the latter) we founded it on the idea that government does not interfere with the private lives of its citizens.
I understand Oklahoma has it's own Constitution, but no Constitution is so great as to become stronger or more important than that of our nations. If you will allow me to quote that wonderful charter of freedom:
Article IV...
Section IV - Republican government (notice that "republic" thing)
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.
... end quote.
Sir... no where in our founders minds was there ever an intention of government regulation of citizens private affairs. The job of our government, both federal and state, is to protect us from foreign and domestic threat. It never was, nor should it have ever become the duty of them to protect us against ourselves.
Who is the government to decide what is best for an individual? It is the individual who decides what is best for themselves, not the government. Furthermore, it is the individual who, in a Republic, decides what is best not only for themselves, but for their government as well.
There are not homeschooling parents all over the state sitting their children in front of TV's. Why? Because these are not homeschoolers, they are drop-outs. I have met numerous home schooled children and I would be confident placing a 13 year old against a high school senior any day of the week. The level of professionalism and dedication displayed by these parents is far superior to that of the Oklahoma government school system.
I'm sorry, but in a State where children being educated in government schools have the lowest achievement/success rate in the nation, I hardly believe it is the right of the State's law-makers to say they know what is best when it comes to education.
I say, and urge you sir, vote NO on both of these bills. If you value liberty, freedom and the individual, you will not help pass these bills. I urge you to speak with your fellow Senators and express the concern of your Constituents. The article about this is on TulsaWorld.com today and so far has over 63 comments from readers. (Whereas most stories average 1-5 comments, at best 8-9.)
What is the general consensus of the readers/commenter's? Pro-home school rights AND the lousy and poor education in Oklahoma's government schools.
The State has no right telling parents how they can and can not raise their children, and what they will and will not be taught.
If the State suspects a child has become a drop-out and is receiving no education I still do not believe the State has a right to act. It is that parent's right, and duty as an American, to decide their child's upbringing, not the State's.
If the State wants to truly decrease the rate of drop outs then I would like to make the following recommendations:
1) Strip the teachers unions of their power. There are far too many teachers who are allowed to continue teaching, despite pathetic results, because of the unions. They wouldn't get away with turning zero positive results anywhere else, why should they be getting away with it with our schools?
2) Increase the standards of education. We have lowered the standard of education far too many times. We now have seniors graduating who can not spell "graduation." That, to me, seems to suggest a problem.
3) Make Oklahoma a shining example to the nation. Bring back corporal punishment. There is nothing wrong with a child receiving discipline. It is not abuse, it, in itself, by it's very nature, is education.
4) Create a voucher system. Allow capitalism to do what it does best. By this system, investors could build their own schools. They would compete to receive the students and thus the vouchers by offering the best education, the best teachers and the safest environment for the students. We already know capitalism works... it is literally what made this nation what it is. Why all of a sudden are we thinking that it isn't the answer? Likewise with parents choosing what school to send their child too, allow home-schooling parents to keep their voucher and use it to educate their children.
People talk about disgraceful and sad. I'll tell you what is disgraceful and sad and at the same time impressive and proud. Even after all the tax increases, the lottery, and every other amount of money Oklahoma has thrown at its government schools, it's still turning out the lowest results in the nation. Yet somehow home schooling parents are able, with limited resources, to educate their children and still turn out better results than the State education system could ever come close to. Imagine what those parents could do if we had a voucher system where they would have thousands of dollars more to work with.
Getting back to the S.B. S.B. 308 gives truancy officials and local police the authority to question and detain children if they believe they are not receiving an appropriate education. Sir, who decides what this appropriate education is? It obviously can't be the State. Why? (again) We have the lowest results in the nation so obviously what the State has deemed appropriate is not even a valid system.
S.B. 472 requires parents to register with local government schools and provide progress updates. Why? What business is it of theirs. Better idea... from now on, when ever I get bored, I, as a tax-paying lawful citizen, have the right to walk into any classroom and evaluate the educator. If they are not performing at the level I and other tax-payers feel is appropriate, then we have the authority to fire them on the spot.
Both S.B.'s are violations of human rights by law of nature. They are violations of liberty and freedom. They compromise the individual itself. And, as noted, they violate the U.S. Constitution itself.
1) They are not the duty of the government to begin with.
2) The 4Th Amendment. I am sure you are familiar with it, but just in case you're not.
"Amendment 4 - Search and Seizure. Ratified 12/15/1791.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants, shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
As I am sure you know sir, this comes down to "intrusion upon seclusion", which is the principle behind the 4Th Amendment. Not today, not yesterday, not even a decade ago. Over 200 years ago, the framers of our great nation realized the importance of the private rights of its citizens, and their expectation of privacy in that private life.
When you write a law which allows truancy officials or law enforcement to investigate home schools, you are making an unconstitutional law allowing government officials to enter a residence, violate the Constitutionally guaranteed right of privacy, and take actions against the right of the individual.
Some might argue that a warrant could be obtained naming what is to be searched for, where at, and who will be searched/interviewed. I'm sorry, but again, that law would be unconstitutional. Referring back to the U.S. Constitution article IV section IV, the ONLY duties the government has are too protect us from foreign and domestic threats... i.e., war, crimes of moral turpitude, robbery, burglary, vandalism, etc. I hardly believe a home schooler qualifies as a domestic threat... that's kind of stretching it a little don't you think? Likewise... even if a parent wants to allow their child to drop out... that's not a domestic threat either. It's a bad decision, to this there is no argument. However, it is a decision the parent has a right to make.
I think I have more than made my point and I hope you understand that the only appropriate action for you to take is voting NO to both S.B..
Sincerely,
Matthew Q. Llewellyn, (R) Constituent of Senate Dist 33

Fort Dix Six FINALLY convicted!

Wow... I could not be happier than I am right now. Our judicial system just made my day folks. I literally jumped out of my chair at hearing this news!
Okay... catch you up. For those of you who remember my articles when I wrote Patriot Pride News, you will remember the "Fort Dix Six" attackers who were thwarted in their efforts by good old fashioned detective work about 2 years ago.
These Islamofascist, in early 2007, were arrested before they were able to carry out a plot to MURDER American soldiers on a state side Army base located in New Jersey, about 25 miles from where they stayed in Philadelphia.
C.A.I.R., (the council on American Islamic relations) and other islamofascist groups claimed the men were not really going to do anything. Defense attorneys as well argued that the "boys" were just joking around.
Let's do some analyzing really fast.
They illegally purchased fully automatic weapons.
They asked a local video store employee to transfer to DVD videos of them firing those assault weapons and screaming about Jihad (holy war.)
They traveled and hiked deep into, on a regular basis, the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania where they would practice shooting their weapons.
There were hundreds of hours (not a couple joking hours here and there but hundreds) of audio recorded on the 5 men by undercover agents hired and placed by the FBI. These hundreds of hours including talks of Jihad, they spoke of specific details of how they would enter the base. They even spoke about knowing they would be martars because they knew there was no way they were going to make it off the base alive.
They were recorded intending on time lines to get their affairs in order as they would be killed when they carried out their mission on the base.
They were heard hundreds of times stating "...we will kill as many American soldiers as we can..."
And these men are just joking and playing around?
THEY ARE TERRORIST! They should be in Guantanamo Bay! They need to be interrogated until we get every single piece of information out of them that we need. Then they can go spend the rest of their pathetic lives rotting away in a prison somewhere. Preferably deep within the earth isolated from society and sunlight until they die.
I would like to share with you the names of the terrorists who are probably going to spend the rest of their lives in prison after finally being convicted today on the charges of "Conspiring to kill U.S. military personnel."
May the following pieces of cow excrement rot in hell for all eternity.
Shnewer, a Jordanian-born cab driver;
Turkish-born convenience store clerk Serdar Tatar;
Dritan, Eljvir and Shain Duka, ethnic Albanians from the former Yugoslavia, who had a roofing business.
The sixth man was only charged with gun charges and plead guilty long ago. His name was not mentioned and I can not find it in my archives right off hand.
Hey Shnewer, Serdar, Dritan, Eljvir and Shain... I'll have you know your virgins are all fat and ugly.
I bid you good day.
